Tom Bolger is an Irish singer / songwriter. Although having a wide and varied musical taste from classical to rock, it’s fair to say Tom’s main influences in his writing are James Taylor, Clifford T. Ward, John Prine, Mick Hanley and the Beatles. He describes his own music as country / easy listening. Whatever genre it belongs to, Tom’s music certainly lifts the spirits and could be said to restore one’s faith in humanity.

Tom Bolger was always the most magnetic and magical of the many singers / musicians that I encountered in Ireland. I’m very glad that Tom has this album completed and available. Whenever I am homesick for the Emerald Isle I put on “The Wish” and I’m suddenly transported back to Ireland.”
